Donna is a business network architect with 35 years of business and member development experience in a multitude of industries. She is an innate connector, helping female executives cultivate business leads that catalyze meaningful impact.

She leverages her collaborator network in professional forums, retreats, and peer Life Strategy Circles as an expert facilitator, elevating the superpowers of female top executives and CEOs to live and lead from a whole life.

Founder of the Colorado Springs Community Forum on Mental Health at Work, she’s an avid advocate for workplace wellbeing and speaks on how to optimize our workforce in the interest of business success and a thriving community. Author of 100+ articles over her career, Donna published her first book, Crazy as Usual, in 2023 to change the narrative about mental health at work.

Donna is proud of her certification as a John Maxwell Team coach, but her virtual PHD came from working with the best of the best designing coaching programs with the faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. Now she turns that energy into helping companies design employee benefits for NFP, with a vision to see healthy employees helping companies thrive.

The proud mom of three daughters who are way smarter than her, she lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Jeff, and her only son, Riley, the eternal puppy.
